ProMed does not replace your primary care provider; it equips you with the data, clarity, and structure to get more out of your medical visits and stay ahead of your long-term health.
The Health Empowerment Report is a comprehensive, physician-reviewed overview of your current health status and early risk patterns across key areas such as heart, metabolism, hormones, inflammation, aging, etc. It is designed to help you understand what's driving your results and what actions can meaningfully improve your long-term health. To produce your report, ProMed combines your bloodwork, lifestyle inputs, and optional wearable and genetic data into a unified health model. Our proprietary AI system interprets these signals using evidence-based clinical guidelines, validated medical literature, and millions of anonymized patient patterns. Then, a licensed Canadian physician reviews your results, verifies the clinical context, and finalizes your personalized insights and recommendations to ensure accuracy, clarity, and relevance to you.
Yes, we work with accredited labs and service providers to give you the highest standard of bloodwork lab testing. • CAP Accreditation: We work with laboratories accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), ensuring the gold standard in lab testing quality. • Thorough Validation: Every test is rigorously validated to exceed CLIA requirements, delivering accuracy and reliability comparable to traditional lab tests. • Quality Assurance: Our labs maintain strict quality control protocols to guarantee precise and consistent results. • Expert Oversight: Your results are analyzed by certified medical experts. With ProMed, you get convenience without sacrificing the accuracy, reliability, or quality.
ProMed is HSA/FSA eligible, this means that you can use your employer funded health and wellness accounts to fully cover the cost of ProMed. Our members can request an itemized receipt from success@promedai.ca to submit for reimbursement.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. • We do not train AI on your personal health information or any other identifiable data. • The ProMed platform is hosted in Canada by the world's leading public cloud infrastructure provider, Google Cloud Platform. • ProMed does not process or store payment information. Instead, we use Stripe, a certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment platform. • We use reasonable technical, administrative, and physical safeguards such as encryption of data, access control and other measures, following SOC2 Type 2 standards to help protect your information. • Data retention: we keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the services and for legally permitted purposes. • Data deletion: you can request deletion (and other privacy requests like access/correction/export) by contacting privacy@promedai.ca.
