Take Control of Your Health

Discover why proactive monitoring, not waiting for illness, is how health-conscious Canadians build long-term performance and longevity.

We’ve all felt it.

Your energy drops halfway through the day. Your sleep isn’t as restorative as it used to be. Something feels… off.

So you do the right thing. You book the appointment, get your bloodwork done, and wait for answers.

A few days later, you hear:

“Everything looks normal.”

And yet, you don’t feel normal. Because “normal” in today’s healthcare system often means one thing:

You’re not currently in a state of disease.

But your health isn’t defined by the absence of illness. It’s defined by how well you actually feel, perform, and recover every day. Most systems are built to step in when something goes wrong.

ProMed exists to help you stay ahead of that moment.

From Reactive Care to Health Ownership

Traditional healthcare is essential, but it’s reactive by design. It’s there when you need treatment, diagnosis, or urgent support.

What it isn’t built for is helping you:

  • Understand subtle changes before they become problems
  • Optimize how you feel day to day
  • Track and improve your health over time

That’s where a different approach is needed.

At ProMed, we focus on the space between “fine” and “optimal” because that’s where your greatest gains in longevity, energy, and performance actually happen.

This isn’t about replacing your doctor.

It’s about giving you the clarity and tools to take ownership of your health trajectory, at any stage of life.

“The future of healthcare isn’t just about treating illness, it’s about giving people the tools to understand and direct their own health.”

Michael Zhou, CEO, ProMed

From Data to Direction

Most health platforms give you more data.

ProMed gives you direction.

Your biology is dynamic. What’s “normal” for the general population may not be optimal for you. That’s why we focus on your personal trends over time, not just one-off results.

We organize your results into a simple, actionable system—so you always know what to take ownership of, and when.

The ProMed Action Framework

1. Optimal (Green)

These markers fall within ProMed’s optimal range; The goal here is to maintain what’s working and improve what may negatively impact you down the road.

This is a state of balance. Your biomarkers are currently within an optimal range for longevity.

  • What it means: You’re in a stable, well-balanced state
  • Your focus: Consistency across sleep, stress, nutrition, and exercise
  • Action: Maintain the habits that you have, eliminate negative habits, optimize nutrition, exercise, stress management and sleep.

Without consistency, even strong markers can drift over time. Long-term health comes from sustainable balance.

Context: Even when biomarkers are optimal, the most important factor is that they remain stable over time. Your health isn’t defined by a single result, but by your ability to maintain this state consistently.

2. Intervene (Yellow)

These markers fall outside of ProMed’s optimal range and indicate an early-stage imbalance.

This reflects increased risk, even if it hasn’t yet developed into full disease. Without intervention, these markers will typically continue to worsen over time.

  • What it means: Early dysfunction is present
  • Your focus: Act now to correct course
  • Action: Targeted lifestyle changes + follow-up testing

With the right adjustments, you can still reverse the trajectory at this stage.

3. Escalate (Red)

These markers fall outside standard reference ranges and often indicate that a condition or disease process is already present.

At this stage, clinical support becomes essential, and having clear, structured data helps you move quickly and confidently toward the right next steps.

  • What it means: A clinical issue is present
  • Your focus: Timely medical follow-up and ongoing management
  • Action: Share your results with your physician and take action based on clinical guidance

"Tracking your patterns isn't just about data; it’s about taking the lead. By spotting trends early, you gain the power to act before a symptom becomes a crisis.”

Ivan Cacic, Chief Medical Officer, ProMed

What ProMed Measures, and Why It Matters

Your Baseline Assessment provides a comprehensive view across the systems that most influence long-term health:

  • Metabolic & cardiovascular health → key drivers of preventable disease
  • Hormones & thyroid function → regulators of energy, mood, and body composition
  • Inflammation markers → early signals of chronic stress and disease risk
  • Liver & kidney function → how your body processes and filters daily load
  • Vitamins & minerals → the foundational inputs most people overlook

But this isn’t just a snapshot.

By tracking these markers over time, you begin to see something far more valuable:

Your trajectory.

And once you can see it, you can change it.

This Is Your Health, On Your Terms

This isn’t about perfection. It’s about clarity, consistency, and informed decisions that compound over time. Health isn’t something you fix once.

It’s something you build, day by day, choice by choice. ProMed exists to give you the visibility and structure to do exactly that. Because the goal isn’t just to avoid illness.

It’s to feel better, perform better, and stay there longer.
